Simulation: Torino 2026

 

 

This simulation is about the intense traffic that centers around the Turin hub, the largest city in nort-west of Italy.

The three main stations are simulated:

the terminus station Torino Porta Nuova, origin of most long-distance and regional trains

Torino Porta Susa, where the high-speed line to Milan diverges from the regular speed line

Torino Lingotto, with heavy commuter traffic,

Moncalieri, the branch point of the lines to Bologna-Genoa and to Savona;

The high number of trains is due to the intense commuter train services.
